Force Man Overboard Rescue System

Rail-mounted sling for man overboard rescue.

Designed to be permanently mounted to the pushpit in its own bright yellow soft, easy clean PVC bag.

It provides flotation as well as a means of hoisting a person back aboard. (Block and Tackle not included.)

Contains 40 m of 8 mm diameter floating line, a buoyant "U" shaped flotation belt and a storage bag with a rail fastening system

Dimensions (approximate): 19" H x 12" W x 6-1/2" D

Deployed by removing the Force collar from the bag, ensuring the floating line is secured to an attachment point and throwing the collar astern.

Once in the water, the boat should circle the casualty allowing the flotation belt to be towed to their aid. Rescue is completed when the casualty is safely clipped into the collar and winched to the boat and hauled on board.
